What this tool DOES NOT do

It does not provide advice, place orders, or tell you what to buy. Portevo is not an investment advisor and does not use words like "buy" or "sell." The analysis concludes with an assessment of the information's sentiment — positive, negative, neutral — along with an explanation of why that assessment was made. The decision is yours alone.

How Monitoring Works

Sources: WSE current reports (ESPI) and selected market sources.
Company identification — the announcement is linked to a specific ticker, so you immediately know which company it concerns.
Event category and source weight: a company announcement is weighted differently than a social media post.
After-the-fact measurement: the share price one hour and one day after the analysis, recorded next to it. This is the only honest way to check if the assessment meant anything.

Verifiable Results, Not Promises

Every analysis is saved in your history, along with the subsequent share price movements. Hit statistics are visible in the app and cannot be cleared. A tool that boasts about its accuracy without showing its mistakes is an advertisement, not a tool.

Is this a bot that trades for me?

No. The bot only monitors and analyzes. The trading component has been deliberately removed from the application — Portevo does not place orders or connect to brokerage accounts.

What are ESPI reports?

Current and periodic reports that listed companies are required to publish in the Electronic Information Transmission System. This is the official source of price-sensitive information about WSE-listed companies.

Can AI analysis be wrong?

Yes, and it regularly is. The language model evaluates text; it doesn't know the future and doesn't see context not present in the report. That's why next to each analysis, there's a measurement of what the share price actually did.
