Insider Trades: What Pelosi, Trump, and CEOs Are Buying
US Congress members, the President, government officials, and company executives must disclose their stock transactions. We collect this data directly from official registries — and present it in English, with performance and photos.
Key Individuals
The ranking is ordered as in the application: first, individuals whose portfolios are widely tracked, then the most active. The 12-month return is the rate of return of a portfolio reconstructed from their purchases over the last year—as if buying the same assets on the same day.
Faces on the chart — who bought and when
Portevo's most recognizable feature: on each company's chart, you'll see a photo of the person on the day they bought shares. You can immediately tell if Pelosi bought before a rise or at the peak.
Newly disclosed
Latest disclosures — by disclosure date, not transaction date. Congress has up to 45 days to disclose, so today's news may be a purchase from a month ago.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are insider trades?
These are purchases and sales of shares by individuals with inside knowledge of a company (CEOs, board members, large shareholders) or those who influence regulations (Congress members, government officials). The law requires these to be publicly reported.

Latest reported purchases: BE (July 28, 2026, $500k–$1M), BE (July 28, 2026, $500k–$1M), INTC (July 24, 2026, $500k–$1M), INTC (July 24, 2026, $250k–$500k). The list updates automatically from official disclosures—the full history is on the profile page.
Can US Congress members trade stocks?
Yes. However, they must report every transaction over $1000 within 45 days (STOCK Act of 2012). Proposals to ban trading by Congress members resurface every term but have not yet become law.
Is it profitable to copy insider trades?
There's no guarantee. Filings are delayed (up to 45 days for Congress), and past performance does not predict future results. Portevo shows data and historical performance — it does not provide recommendations.
How do I get notifications about a specific person's trades?
In the Portevo app, simply tap the bell icon next to the person in the ranking. You'll receive a phone and email notification for every new filing.
